COUNCIL ORDER - APPROVING DELINQUENT ROLL
Date 11-10-78
WHEREAS: The delinquent tax rolls of the City of Wylie at the
close of business on September 30, 1978 the end of the fiscal year,
showed the following outstanding balances due for all prior years up
to and including the year 1976, and contained in the delinquent tax
rolls consisting of:
Real Estate, Part 1,
Mobile Homes, Part 2,
Personal Property
Part 3

AND WHEREAS: The delinquent tax roll as prepared by the Assessor
anc Collector of Taxes of the City of Wylie for the year 1977 and
Correctly transcribed and distributed to the delinquent tax rolls
consisting of the following volumes:
Real Estate, Part 1,
Mobile Homes, Part 2,
Personal Property,
Part 3

AND WHEREAS: The total delinquent tax rolls containing all
delinquent taxes due and owing the City of Wylie for the year 1977
and all prior years as transcribed and distributed to the above men-
tioned volumes total as follows:
Real Estate, Part 1,
Mobile Homes, Part 2,
Personal Property,
Part 3

And the Assessor and Collector of Taxes having filed his affi-
davit attesting the accuracy and correctness of the delinquent tax
rolls as submitted by him are found to be correct.
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE:
Section 1. That the delinquent tax rolls as submitted by the
Assessor and Collector of Taxes, showing all delinquent taxes due
and owing the City of Wylie on Real and Personal Property as shown
above, be and are hereby approved and adopted, and shall be the
official Delinquent Tax Rolls of the City of Wylie. The Mayor is
authorized to affix his official signature thereto and officially
approve the same attested by the Secretary.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective on and
after its passage.
Section 3. That the delinquent tax rolls as herein approved
are true and correct as of the closing of the Fiscal Year on Sept-
ember 30, 1978.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 14th day of November, 1978.
