Resolution 73 (06)
THE STATE OF TEXAS:
COUNTY OF COLLIN:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Wylie recognizes
the need for future expansion of the Fire and Police Stations and;
WHEREAS, suitable property has been offered for sale to
the City of Wylie,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wylie that Lots Numbers Four (4), Five (5), and 41 1/3 feet
off of the North side of Lot Number Six (6) in Block Number Four (4)
in Keller's First Addition to the City of Wylie be purchased.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchace price be
$14,000.00 payable as follows $3,000.00 down and the balance to
be paid in five (5) annual payments of $2,200.00 annually, plus
interest at 8% on the unpaid balance. First payment and interest
due November 1, 1974.
