", ',: J', ~J _~tJ WHEREAS, Melvin St. John has filed a written petition to annex to the City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas, the tract of land hereinafter described, which said tract of land less than three (3) qualified voters reside, all of which said facts the City Council hereby finds to be true and correct; and WHEREAS, such petition has been heard and considered by the City Council, and it been decided that such annexation of such tract of land would be to the best in- terest of the public and of the said City of Wylie,' Texas, and that such petition for annexation should be, and the same is now granted; now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WYLIE, TEXAS: That the following described tract of land, described by notes and bounds as fa 11 ows, to-wit: BEGINNING at the most Southerly Southeast corner of Rush Creek Estates, an addition to the City of Wylie, Texas as recorded in Volume C, Page 494 of the Map Records of Collin County, Texas, said point being on the existing corporate limits of the City of Wylie; THENCE along the Easterly boundary of said Rush Creek Estates and along said corporate limit line as follows: THENCE, THENCE, THENCE, North 17005'44" East; 207.87 feet to_the beginning of a curve to the right having a tangent bearing of North 72054'16" West; Northwesterly along said curve to the right having a central angl~ of 32055'11", a radius of 193.94 feet and a tangent of 57.30 feet, an arc distance~of 111.43 feet; North 50~00'55" East, 190.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right; Northeasterly along said curve to the right having a central angly of 29037103", a radius of 286.94 feet and a tangent of 75.86 feet, an arc distance of 148.33 feet; North 10022'02" west, 180.0 feet to a point on a curve to the right having a tangent bearing of North 79037'56" East at this point; Northeasterly along satd curve to the right having a central angle of 0029105~, a radius' of 466.94 feet and a tangent of 1.98 feet, an arc distance of 3.95 feet; North 80007'01" East, 59.83 feet; North 9052'59" West, 345.0 feet to the most Northerly Northeast corner of Rusb, Creek EstAtes; North 80007'01" East, 650.0 feet; South 9052~59" East, 1147.59 feet; North 87~26'27~ West, 1057.45 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and cQntatntng 19.4602 acres of land, more or less.
