The City Council of this city met in regular session on the above date
wit all members of tie council being, present.
The minutes of the October meeting rare read and aoproved.
! There was a discussion in regard to the City Paving halt. the cost of
graveling the road to the new cenetary on the Lrs. G.C. Hughes place, with
the following action being taken. A motion was made by R.V. Groves and sec-
oned by W.P. Poor that the City Pay half the cost. Motion carried.
After a lengthy discussion in regard to getting the fence moved on the
Property owned by Joe D. Newsome so that KIM Fifth street could be opened,
the man/. appointed L.F. Allen and h.V. Groves to see Mr. hens ore about moving
said fence.
A discussion was made in regard to sewer line problens in the City with no
action being taken.
The mayor Presented a plot of the property owned by J.I. Butler Jr. starting at
the caner of Butler and Ealard and rinning south along 1NXIbtXklaX Ballard street.
for approval. The mayor and council were not fully tat versed on what Mr. Butler
would expect of tha City and this was pissed until more information could be gathered
about the project,
With no further business the council adjourned.
