AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
85-7, THE ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE BY AMENDING SECTION 3.3.7 BY
ADDING THERETO A NEW PARAGRAPH (B) TO ALLOW FOR
RECIPROCATION OF ELECTRICAL LICENSING WITH THE DALLAS COUNTY
RECIPROCAL ELECTRICAL ADVISORY BOARD. PROVIDING A REPEALING
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; the City Council has determined that the Electrical
Licensing Requirements of ordinance 85-7 should be amended
to permit alternate testing of applicants.

SECTION 1.
Ordinance 85-7 is hereby amended so that Section 3.3.7
paragraph (b) reads as follows:
(1) A test given under the Jurisdiction and Control of
the Dallas County Reciprocal Electrical Advisory Board will
serve in lieu of a locally administered test.

SECTION 2.
That all ordinances of the City in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are hereby,
repealed and all other ordinances of the City not in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECT I ON 3.
Should any paragraph, sentence, subdivision, clause, phrase
or section of this ordinance be adjudged or held to be
ul'"lconstitutiol'"lal, illegal ot~ il'"lvalid, the same shall l'"lot
affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole or any part
or provision thereof other than the part so decided to be

the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance.
SECT I ON 4.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions or terms of this ordinance shall be subject to a
fine not to exceed the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
for each offense, and each day such violation shall continue
to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after
its passage and publication of its caption, as the law in
such cases provides.

Tuesday afternoon we saw
the John Schneider Show at
the Roy Clark Celebrity
Theater. The last show we
saw was Chris Dobson and
Band, Joey played with this
group also.
Miss Lisa Fletcher and
Charlotte Brown sang a few
numbers at the Loft, which is
in the Roy Clark Theater.
Wednesday morning we left
Branson, for home.
We had thirty-five people on
the tour and they all said they
had a super good time. The
next tour is scheduled for
December or January.
A ski trip is also planned.

date.
