Ordinance 1963-03 CITY OF WYLI E WYLIE, TEXAS ORDINANCE No. 63-3 An Ordinance Prohibiting Parking of Vehicles Along And On Both Sides Of Kirby Street, Providing A Penalty, And Repealing All Ordinances In Conflict Therewith. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE Crry OF WYLIE, TEXAS:. Section 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to park, leave stand, or abandon, any vehicle on the right of way of Kirby Street, beginning at the intersection of State Highway 78, thense East to the right of way of Birmingham. Street. Section 2. Any person violating the above provision shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ana upon conviction therefor shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00. Section 3. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. The fact that the City of Wylie, Texas, does not have an Ordinance regulating parking on Kirby Street, creates a safety hazzard, creates an emergency for the immediate pre- servation of public safety, and requires that this Ordinance take effect immediately after its passage and publication and it is so ordained.
