BE IR ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS: Section I; That upon October I, 1966, and thereafter the monthly rates for garbage collection and disposal by the City of Wylie, Texas, are as follows: Residential $ 1.50 Commercial $ 4.00 Section 2: All ordinances heretofore passed by: the City Council of the City of Wylie, Texas, establishing rates for garbage collec- tion and disposal are hereby repealed. Section 3: The fact that the present garbage collection and dis- posal rates do not render adequate compensation for improvement creates a health hazard and requires that this ordinance take effect October I, 1966. BE IT 0 RDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS: Section 1. The City of Wylie, Texas, hereby estaolishes the following water. service rates effective October I, 1966, for local residents (within the city limits): Minimum to 2,000 gallons, $2.50; 2,000 to 10,000 gallons, Per thou- sand, $0.75; 10,000 to 17,000 gallons, Per thousand, $0,50; All over 17,000 gallons, Per thoasand, $0.48. Section 2. T'1e City of Wylie, Texas, hereby establishes the following water service rates effective October 1, 1966, for extended area residents (outside citylimi.ts): Minimum to 2,000 gallons, $5.od~'il 2,000 to 10,000 gallons, Per thou-' sand, $1.00; 10,000 to 17,000, Per thousand, $0.75; All over 17,000 gal- lons, Per tho:lsand, $0.50. .'
