Any member of the public may address Board regarding an item that is not listed on the Agenda. Members of the public must
fill out a form prior to the meeting in order to speak.Board requests that comments be limited to three minutes for an individual,
six minutes for a group.In addition,Board is not allowed to converse,deliberate or take action on any matter presented during
citizen participation.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
DS 1. Discussion regarding the 2023 Bluegrass on Ballard event including applications and food vendors.
DS2. Update regarding the current art project Revery.
DS3. Discussion regarding Promotional banners and other items for City events.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. Consider,and act upon, the Public Art Board Minutes from March 22, 2023.
2. Consider, and act upon, a Call for Artists for two additional art sites along the Municipal Walking Trails.
