Re: Appointment of Animal Shelter Advisory Board Staff Liaison
In accordance with Chapter 18 (Animals), Article IV (Animal Shelter Advisory Board), Section
18-123 (Number of members; qualified appointment; terms) of the Wylie Code of Ordinances, 1,
Brent Parker,hereby appoint Police Lieutenant Trey Cotten as the Animal Shelter Advisory Board
staff liaison. The staff liaison shall act as an ex officio member of the board and have no right to
vote on any matter before the board.
