CALL TO ORDER
COMMENTS ON NON -AGENDA ITEMS
Any member of the public may address Board regarding an item that is not listed on the Agenda. Members of the public must
fill out a form prior to the meeting in order to speak. Board requests that comments be limited to three minutes for an individual,
six minutes for a group. In addition, Board is not allowed to converse, deliberate or take action on any matter presented during
citizen participation.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
DS L PAC Ehrlich will give an update on the 2023 WAF incliuding profits and the board will discuss any changes
needed for the 2024 event.
DS2. The board will tour the art piece and make any comments regarding the final installation. A business item
will be on the regular agenda for consideration of approve of the art piece.
DS3. The board will receive an update on the progress regarding the art pieces by Yoshi Wright.
DS4. The board will discuss the materials for a booth set up for the Wylie events to promote public art in Wylie.
REGULAR AGENDA
The art piece, Revery by Katy Antill has been installed on the Walking Trails entrance behind the Recreation
Center. This is Phase 1 of the Blackland Prairie History along the walking trails.
The board will view the art piece and consider approval. Per the contract, final payment will be considered,
not to exceed $12,750.
