02-15-1935 (City Council) Minutes Feb- 15th 1935
The City Council of the Town of Wylie Tex meet in regular session with all members
present.
The Minutes of last meeting was approved as read.
After some lengthy discussions there was a Motion & Second before the house to accept
the Committee report on Bonds and coupons.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second that J.A. Hammett be appointed as a Committee of one to see if he can
buy the TP&L. Light Bill against the city of Wylie for (.50/Fifty Cents on the $1.00 (one
dollar). Motion Carried.
By Motion& Second and by request of the Mayor, an election was ordered to be held on
the (2"a) Second day of April-1935 for the purpose of electing three (3) Aldermen for the
City of Wylie Texas. Motion Carried. Motion& Second J.A. Pitts be appointed to hold
said city election on April (2), 1935
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second all bills be allowed paid as read Motion.
