RESOLUTION NO. 79-2-2
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF THE INTENT
TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TEXAS INTERTRIBAL INDIAN
HOUSING AGENCY OF TEXAS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WYLIE, TEXAS, as follows:
1. The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
give notice of the intention of the City of Wylie, Texas, to enter
into a Cooperation Agreement with the Texas Intertribal Housing
Agency of Texas, by twice publishing a copy of said notice in The
Wylie News, which is the City's officially designated newspaper.
2. Said Notice shall state that at the expiration of sixty
days from the date of the first publication, the City will consider
the question of whether or not it will enter into a Cooperation
Agreement with the Housing Agency.
3. The City Secretary shall keep a copy of the Cooperation
Agreement proposed available for inspection by the public at the
office of the City Secretary during usual business hours.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
The motion to adopt said Resolution was made by Councilman
Richard Parker and seconded by Councilman Curtis Ratcliff and upon
roll call the following voted:
AYES: Councilpersons Parker, Swayze, Ratcliff, Minihan and Kent

Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The Mayor of the City of Wylie, Texas, being present at the
