Resolution 81-82-01-01 RESOLUTION 81-82-1-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS, SUSPENDING THE OPERATION OF THE PROPOSED FUEL COST FACTOR TARIFF FILED BY TEXAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) DAYS BEYOND THE DATE ON WHICH SUCH FUEL COST FACTOR TARIFF SCHEDULE WOULD OTHERWISE GO INTO EFFECT. WHEREAS, Texas Power & Light Company did, on December 1981, file a proposed fuel cost factor tariff for service within the City of Wylie to become effective January 13, 1982; and WHEREAS, after having considered the nresentation of Texas Power & Light Company, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Wylie that such proposed tariff should be suspended for a period of 120 days from January 13, 1982, for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence and public hearing; and WHEREAS, a copy of this resolution has been provided Texas Power & Light Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS: Pursuant to Section 43(d) of the Public Utility Regulatory Act, the operation of the proposed fuel cost factor tariff filed with the City of Wylie on December 9, 1981, by Texas Power & Light Company, is hereby suspended for a period of 120 days from January 13, 1982, for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence and public hearing.
