DESIGNATION OF STOP INTERSECTION
The undersigned, acting as City Traffic Engineer, having
received a request from the Chief of Police to designate the
intersection of Third and Oak Streets and the intersection of
Fourth and Oak Streets as stop intersections, whereby both
directions of traffic on Oak Street would be required to stop at
Third Street and Fourth Street, finds that such request is
consistant with safe and efficient traffic flow in the area (said
intersections currently having "Yield" Signs where the "Stop" signs
will be placed) hereby designates such intersections as "Stop
Intersections" with signs to be erected and traffic stopped as
indicated above; subject to the approval of the City Council.
Dated this
day of June, 1992.
