Resolution 96-23 Resolution No. q6- tL3 RESOLUTION BY THE WYLIE CITY COUNCil AUTHORIZING THE INSTAllATION OF INTERIM STOP AND WARNING SIGNS FOR THE RAilROAD CROSSING ON WESTGATE WAY WHEREAS, the City is constructing a new road known as Westgate Way, which will cross tracks owned by Dallas Area Rapid Transit, at Mile Post T-580.90 in Collin County, Wylie, Texas and that Kansas City Southern Railway Company has operating rights over this segment of track; and WHEREAS, Kansas City Southern Railway Company will install a 54 L.F. prefabricated concrete crossing surface and flasher signals with gates at the proposed crossing; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS: Section 1 Installation of Interim stop and warning signs on Westgate Way As required by Kansas City Southern, the City must install interim stop signs before the crossing is opened to traffic.
