A quorum was present and a notice was posted in the time and manner required by law.

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman, Steve Ahrens.
CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approval of December 1, 1998, Regular Business Meeting Minutes.
• Corrections : -- Wording in the motion for the Consent Agenda.
-- Date in the footnote.
2. Recommendation to the City Council regarding a replat for the Wyndham Estates Phase III, 1st
Revision subdivision,proposed by Jackson and Associates land Surveyors, Inc. for the property
located at the north end of Windco Circle and being all of Lots 11-A, 12-A, 14, and 15 (1.513
acres) of Wyndham Estates Phase III, City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas.
Motion: A motion was made by Eric Hogue, Seconded by Don Hughes to approve the
Consent Agenda with noted corrections to the minutes.
Motion Carried - all in favor(7).

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
No Response.
STAFF REPORTS
The next Steering Committee Meeting will be January 18, 1999. The next public workshop is
January 21, 1999. Both meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at 7:00 pm.
Zlan Driving Range has been sent a certified letter to respond by the end of February, regarding
pending permit.
Wylie Rental is working with property owners to south to run sewer to the Wylie Ranch East Estates.
DISCUSSION
1. Future date to conduct a Planning and Zoning Commission Workshop/Orientation Session.
— Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will receive a Manual to review with their
next packets.
— The videos will be ordered.
— Planning and Zoning Commission Workshop/Orientation will be on Monday 25, 1999 at 7:00
pm in the Council Chambers.

Motion: A motion was made by Eric Hogue, Seconded by Sharon Dowdy to adjourn.
Motion Carried - all in favor(7).
