The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman, Steve Ahrens.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Discussion regarding residential zoning districts and development standards.
Staff will research the side and rear yard minimums.

STAFF REPORTS
Sanden International has extended an invitation to the Commissioners and Council members to tour their
site.
The Commission has directed Tobin Maples to check the legal procedures to place a temporary
construction Moratorium on residential building and downtown(historical) area building.

Motion: A motion was made by Sharon Dowdy, Seconded by Julie Schmader to adjourn.
