Consider approval of the Minutes of the September 19, 1994 Regular Business Meeting. PUBLIC HEARING 2. Discuss and consider a recommendation to the City Council for an amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to amend a Planned Development known as part of Wyndham Estates Phases II, as adopted in Ordinance 86-84A. 3. Discuss and consider a recommendation to the City Council for an amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance that would remove the current requirements for minimum lot widths and lot depths in the SF- 1, SF-2, and SF-3 zoning districts. Existing setback regulations and all other requirements pertaining to lot area, lot coverage, and dwelling size shall remain the same. ADJOURNMENT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday October 3, 1994 at 6:30 p.m. and the City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Wylie Municipal Complex located at 2000 Highway 78 North, to consider a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to amend a Planned Development known as part of Wyndham Estates Phase II, as adopted in Ordinance 86-84A , and containing properties fronting onto Piccadilly Circle and E.
