CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Phillip Johnston called the meeting to order at 6:30PM. Present with Chairman
Johnston were, Vice-Chairman Commissioner Gilbert Tamez, Commissioner Ruthie
Wright, Commissioner David Dahl, Commissioner Matt Kirk and Commissioner Ramona
Kopchenko. Commissioner Ron Smith was absent.
Staff present was Renae' 011ie, Planning Director and Mary Bradley, Administrative
Assistant.
INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Dahl gave the invocation and Commissioner Tamez led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
CITIZENS COMMENTS
Chairman Johnston opened the Citizens Participation. With no one approaching the
Commissioners, Chairman Johnston closed the Citizens Participation.
CONSENT ITEMS
1. Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the April 17, 2012,
Regular Meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Tamez, and seconded by Commissioner Wright, to
approve the minutes from April 17, 2012 Regular Meeting, as submitted. Motion carried
6-0.

1. Consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for
Blakey Addition, No. 2, establishing three Single Family Residential lots �...
on 2.88 acres, generally located south of Alanis Lane and approximately
393 feet west of Ballard Avenue.
Ms. 011ie presented the staff report for the Final Plat for Blakey Addition No 2, stating
that the zoning for the subject property was approved by the Commission and City
Council last month. The Plat establishes boundaries and setbacks for three lots. Access
for the lots will be Alanis Drive.
A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, and seconded by Commissioner Dahl, to
recommend approval to the City Council regarding a Final Plat for Blakey Addition, No.
2, establishing three Single Family Residential lots on 2.88 acres, generally located south
of Alanis Lane and approximately 393 feet west of Ballard Avenue. Motion carried 6 —
0.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, and seconded by Commissioner Dahl, to
adjourn the meeting at 6:35 PM. All Commissioners were in consensus.
