Mr' Peddicord also said that the last sentence in the fourth
paragraph on page three should read " Mr. Faires said he
+eels that the fear of traffic congestion and light
pollution is not something to worry abcut because the
privacy of citizens would be required to be protected. "
Mr. Peddicord made a motion to approve the minutes with we
abone corrections. Mr. Ferguson seconded the motion. 7he
motion was carried with all in favor .

attractive. She stated she owns two hundred acres and

Mr . Faires advised there is no landscape ordinarce at this
time. The businesses now are pre-existing, non-conformir. ; `
