Dear John:
Please accept the following information and this letter on behalf
of the Singletary 8 Beckham Partnership, owners of the above
referenced 104.67 acres, as a formal request for the Planning
and Zoning Commission, along with the City Council, to relin-
quish their extraterritorial jurisdiction powers and allow the
property to be developed as per the Collin County platting
ordinance.
It is proposed that the site be developed into one acre and/or
one and one-half acre tracts using septic tanks, Culleoka Water
Supply Corporation water and roads built to County
specifications. We believe the County ordinance will provide
adequate protection for this area and solicit your approval.
