12-15-1981 (Planning & Zoning) Minutes PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES
DECEMBER 15, 1981
6:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by chairman Joe Fulgham. A quorum
was present and notice of the meeting had been posted for the time
and manner required by law. Those in attendance were Chairman Joe
Fulgham, Albert Harrison, John Yeager, Don Kreymer and John Seely.
Also present were C. L. Moon and Percy Simmons.
The only item of discussion was the preliminary plat of Don Kreymer
for Wylwood V Addition.
Mr. Kreymer assured the members that all changes had been made to
the preliminary plat in accordance with a letter from Hogan & Rasor,
Engineers for the City of Wylie.
The major issue regarding the development was with the County Road
which runs along the northern portion of Mr. Kreymer's property and
which would be used as an alley for the homeowners on the north side.
The issue was with maintenance, ownership and who would pave the road.
Another area of concern was with the present lift station which
accommodates the total Wylwood Additions. Another pump must be
added to take on additional homes or the station would be moved
and a larger lift station built.
After these items were brought out, the Planning & Zoning Commission
voted to approve the preliminary plat subject to the engineering
problems being worked out. The motion was made by John Seely,
seconded by John Yeager, all in favor. Don Kreymer abstained from
voting.
The minutes of the meetings of August 27, 1981 and November 19, 1981
were approved with motion made by Albert Harrison, seconded by Don
Kreymer, all in favor.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
