Ordinance 1934 F-7 AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX OF $1.50 ON FACH {$100.00 VALUATION OF TATABLF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF VYLIF., TERAS, FOR THF YEAR 1934, $1.00 OF SAID AMOUNT TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE CURRENT INTFREST ON ITS BONDED INDEBTEDNESS AND TO CREATE A SINKING PUNfl WITH WHICH TO , PAY THF PRINCIPALPAS SAME BECOMES DUE, THIRTY CENTS OF SAID AMOUNT TO BE PAID INTO THF GENERAL FUND OF SAID CITY OF WYLIE, AD TWENTY CENTS OF SAID AMOUNT TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYI17G ITS SEhi INDEBTEDNESS, AND DECLARING AN ERMERGBNCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY TRF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ".,":LIE, TEXAS: Section 1. That there is hereby levied a tax of $1.50 of each $100.00 a valuation of taxable property in said City of Wylie, Texas, for the year 1934, !$1.00 of aaid amount to be used for the purpose of paying the current interest on its bonded indebtedness and to create a sinking fund with which to pay the principal as se4e becomes due, thirty cents of said amount to be paid into the general fund of said City of Wylie, Texas, and twenty cents of said amount to be used.for the purpose of paying its sewer indebtedness. Section 2. The public importance of this ordinance creates an emergenCg and an imperative public necessity for the suspension of the rules regi4iring ordinances to be read on three several days, and said rule is hereby suspended, and this ordinance is placed on its first reading--and final passage, and shall be effective and in full force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayos of said City.
