Whereas the City of Wylie desires the services of some
form of Regional Sewage System and:
Whereas there is not presently any plan in effect to provide
the services:
BE IT RESOLVED. That the City Council of the City of
Wylie, Texas, express its desire that The North Texas
Municipal Water District make available to the cities
which it serves, facilities for the handling, treating
and disposal of Municipal sewage and other waste, and
that said District take such immediate action as may be
necessary to secure the approval of all municipal,
county, state, and federal agencies as may be required
to provide such services.
