THE STATE OF TEXAS :
COUNTY OF COLLIN :
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wylie, Texas,
that the City renew an existing note with the First State Bank of Wylie,
Texas, in the sum of ($7,000.00) Seven Thousand Dollars used as
financing for street paving.
Said obligation is to be for a period

of (12) twelve months and to bear interest at the rate of
per annum, payable November 29, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of Wylie be authorized
to enter into said agreement with the First State Bank on behalf of
the City of Wylie, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of November, 1975, by
the City Council of Wylie, Texas.
