1961 Ordinance-Prohibiting Noises, Providing Penalty for Violation, & Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING NOISES, PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION, AND REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS:
Section 1: That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person,
firm, or corporation to ring bells, blow horns, or cause any other
type of noise which would annoy persons or would tend to cause persons
to collect on the streets or sidewalks.
Section 2: Any person violating the above provision shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be
fined not less than $1.00 nor more than $200.00.
Section 3: Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
