CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum.
Mayor pro tern Keith Stephens (Chair) called the interview session to order at 5:40 p.m. Present
were Councilman David Dahl and Councilman Nathan Scott.
City Secretary, Carole Ehrlich was also present.
INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED
Staff liaisons interviewed included: Lt. Atkinson, Animal Shelter Advisory Board; Robert Diaz,
Parks and Recreation and Parks 4B Board; Carole Ehrlich, Public Arts Advisory Board; and
Rachel Orozco, Library Board; Renae' 011ie, Historic Review Board, ZBA and Planning and
Zoning Boards, and Sam Satterwhite, WEDC Board. Applicants interviewed included: Angie
McCrary, Anne Hiney, Bill Baumbach, David White, Emmett Jones, Jason Potts, Ron Smith,
Lisa Ulmer, Matt Rose, Randy Owens, Robert Windle Heath, Lynn Grimes, Amy Nutz, David
Lewis, Annilee B. Waterman, Ashley Pickering, Diane Culver, Kenneth Cash, Kevin Finnell, Lisa
Mellers, Ned Petersen, Paige Yonkers, Charles Barton, Andres Gonzalez, Sunil Verma
Margaret Boyd, and Robert Holcomb.
