RESOLUTION OF CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST ON
ZONING VARIANCE FOR NONCONFORMING USE FOR LOT 35B, BLK. 6, BROWN & BURNS
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Wylie held a
Public Hearing upon request by Ronald R. Rounsley to grant a Zoning Variance
for Nonconforming Use for Lot 35B, Blk. 6, Brown & Burns Addition which is
presently Zoned I-i Light Industry; and,
WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission considers that this request
for Zoning Variance for Non Conforming Use is not in conflict with the City
of Wylie's Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS, The property owners present at the hearing of March 23, 1978 had no
objection to this variance,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Planning & Zoning Commission of
the City of Wylie, Texas; in compliance plan on in the best interest of the
public welfare of the City of Wylie, recommends to the City Council of the City
of Wylie, that Lot 35B, Blk. 6, Brown & Burns be granted a zoning variance to
allow construction of a residential garage in a I-1, Light Industry zone.
