The Town Councell of the Town of Wylie net at City Hall in special call
meeting. Mayor Baskett presiding.
All member of the counsel being present and agreed to advance Mr. H.
M. Minnis One Hundred dollars for the purpose of building new fire machine and
he is to leave his model for use until new machine is completed.
