DISCUSSION ITEMS The Meeting Room Policy and Application were last reviewed and revised by the Board on January 14, 2013. Since that date issues have arisen that needed to be brought before the Board for review and consideration. The following items were reviewed and discussed: • All references to meeting space(s) will be revised to read meeting room(s). • Due to the additional expense in staff costs as well as a lack of interest from the public it was agreed that Sunday would no longer be offered as an option to reserve meeting space. • The Foyer will no longer be an option to be reserved as it has been determined it is too difficult and disruptive to reserve this area during normal library hours. • Applications will now be required to be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested date.
