CALL TO ORDER
The Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. A quorum was
present. Commissioners present were: Vice Chair Dennis Larson, Commissioner Sonia
Ahmed , Commissioner Mike McCrossin, Commissioner Jerry Stiller, and Commissioner
Randy Owens. Chair Ron Smith and Commissioner Roger Myers were both absent.
Staff present was Renae' 011ie, Development Services Director, Kevin Molina, Planner,
Mary Bradley, Administrative Assistant, and City Engineer,Tim Porter.
INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner McCrossin gave the Invocation. Commissioner Stiller led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
CITIZENS COMMENTS
Chair Larson opened the Citizens Participation. With no one approaching the
Commissioners, Chair Larson closed the Citizen Participation.
CONSENT ITEMS
1. Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes from the January 17, 2017,
Regular Meeting.
Board Action
A motion was made by Commissioner Stiller and seconded by Commissioner Owens
to approve the minutes for January 17, 2017, as submitted. Motion carried 5,—0.

Public Hearing Agenda
Public Hearing 1 — Replat Creekwood Estates
Hold a Public Hearing and consider, and act upon, a recommendation to the City
Council regarding a Replat for Creekwood Estates, creating twenty-two single family
residential lots, two open space lots and a private street on 20.613 acres, generally
located in the City of Wylie ETJ southeast of the intersection of Whitley Road and
Hunters Glen Drive.
Staff Presentation
Mr. Molina stated that the subject property is located in the City's ETJ in the county
of Dallas and totals 20.613 acres; and is generally located at the southeast intersection
of Whitley Road and Hunter's Glen Drive. The Replat will abandon a public street
and replace it with a private street that will also be known as Creekwood Place. The
two open space lots and the private street will be maintained by a home owners
association.
Public Comments
Chair Larson opened the Public Hearing. With no one approaching the
Commissioners, Chair Larson closed the Public Hearing.
Board Action
With no questions for Staff, a motion was made by Commissioner Owens and
seconded by Commissioner McCrossin to recommend approval to the City Council
regarding Replat for Creekwood Estates, generally located in the City of Wylie ETJ
southeast of the intersection of Whitley Road and Hunters Glen Drive. Motion
carried 5 - 0.
MISCELLANEOUS
Ms. Bradley stated that the next meeting is on February 21, 2017.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Ahmed, and seconded by Commissioner Owens to
adjourn the meeting. All Commissioners were in consensus.
