CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum.
Mayor pro tern Jeff Forrester, Chair, called the interview session to order at 5:32 p.m. Present were
Councilman David Dahl and Councilman Matthew Porter.
Also present were staff members Stephanie Storm, City Secretary, and Tina Link, Administrative
Assistant.
INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED
Staff liaisons interviewed included: Rachel Orozco, Library Board; Carole Ehrlich, Public Arts Advisory
Board; Jasen Haskins, Planning and Zoning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment; Renae 011ie,
Historic Review Commission; Robert Diaz, Parks and Recreation Board and Parks and Recreation 4B
Board; and Bret McCullough, Construction Code Board. Applicants interviewed included: Craig Allen,
Amy Anderson, Mindy Ayers, Juan Azcarate, Minerva Bediako, Arthur Borgemenke, Janice Borland,
Brian Willeford, Shirley Burnett, Irene Chavira, Joe Chandler, Daniel Chesnut, Shaun Chronister, Lowell
Davis, Rosalynn Davis, Kirstin Dodd-Schubert, John Pugh, Brad Emerson, Keith Ferrand, Tim Gilchrist,
Bobby Heath, Jr., Brian Ortiz, Anita Jones, Linda Jourdan, Melissa Kenfield, Alysia Little, and Jacques
Loraine III.
