(C. Ehrlich, Public Arts Coordinator)
• Staff/Board Comments
Public Art Coordinator Ehrlich reported that Craig Kelly had checked with the church and was
told that there would be no additional rooms for the board to hold classes during the event to
raise!funds. She suggested looking at whether or not the silent auction was beneficial as it
only raised a little over three hundred dollars last year.
Members had differing ideas about the benefit of the silent auction and asked that this portion
be tabled until the next meeting.
Ehrlich added that if each member would obtain one or two new sponsors for the event, it
would fund much better than the silent auction. This item will be discussed at the next meeting
in September.
