SECTION �. That all ordinances of the City in conflict with
the provisions af this ordinance be, �nd the same are
hereby, repealed and all other ordinances of the City not in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION �. That the above described property shall be used
only in the manner and for the p��rposes provided for in the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City as amended herein
by the granting of this zoning classificatior�.
SECTION 4. That should �ny paragraph, sentence,
si.�bdivision, clause, phrase or section of this ordinance be
adjud�ed or held to be uncor�stitutional , illegal or invlaid,
the same shall not affect the validity of this ordinance �s
a whol� or �ny part or provision thereaf other thar� the part
so decid�d tp be invalid, ille�al or unconstiti�tional �nd
shall not affect the val. idity of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance as a whole.
SECTIOh�I �. That an�y per5on, firm ar corporation violating
any of the provisions or terms of this ordinance shall be
subJect to the same penalty as provided for in the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, as h�retofore
amended, and upon conviction shall be punished by fine not
to e:;ceed the sum of two h�indr-ed dollars (���y��. �>t�? for each
offense. and that each day such violation shall continue to
e::i st shal 1 consti tute a separate offense.
SECTIOhJ b. It is necessary to give the property d�scribed
I�erein the �bove mentioned �oning cl�ssification in order to
permit its proper developrr�ent and in order to protect the
