STRE1:.:1'S bEING OUTLIlJED IN AN APPEiJDIX TO TliIS ORDINAIJCE
A1JD I'11\KING ASSESSJ1EN'l' OF COSTS.
h'iiEl:;'EAS t the City Council of the City of Hylie has
heretofore ordered that the hereinafter portion of various
streets be paved and contract therefor has been made and
entered into with the City of Wylie as contractor; and
VJtiEKEAS, the Ci ty Council of the City of \Jylie has
caused the City !1anager to prepare awl file estimates of
the cost of such improvement and estimates of the artounts
per-front foot proposed to be assessed against abutting
property and the owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, such estimates have been examlneu bv the
City Council;
THEREfORE, bE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Wylie, Texas, that:
Section 1. Such estimates be and they are hereby
~doptea and approved.
Section 2. Such estimates be attached to this ordi-
nance.
Section 3. Property owners abutting said streets be
as sessed in accordance \Vi tn Ordinance iJo. 66-1 heretofore
passed by tIle City Council and Articles 1082 and 1083 of
the Revised Civil Statutes of tile State
