ORDINANCE #80-16
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET APPROPRIATING RESOURCES FOR THE BUDGET
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS;
SECTION 1: That the budget estimate of the revenues and expenditures
for the City of Wylie, Texas as prepared by the City Manager and appro-
priated by the City Council for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1980
and ending September 30, 1981, be hereby adopted and approved as the bud-
get for such fiscal year;
SECTION 2: That the sum of four hundred forty-eight thousand eight hun-
dred seventy-nine ($448,879) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund Revenues for payment of operation expenses and capital
outlay of the city government, as set forth in detail in the budget;
SECTION 3: That the sum of eleven thousand two hundred fifty ($11,250.)
Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Obligation Interest &
Sinking Tax Bond Revenues for the purpose of paying the accruing interest
and redeeming bonds as they mature during the fiscal year of the General
Debt Service as listed in detail in the budget;
SECTION 4: That the sum of three hundred forty-six thousand seven hun-
dred eighty ($346,780) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the Water
and Sewer Utility Fund Revenues for the payment of Operating expenses
and capital outlay of the city government, as set forth in detail in the
revised budget;
SECTION 5: That the sum of sixty-three thousand eight hundred fifty-
eight ($63,858), is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer
Utility Fund Revenues for the purpose of paying the principle and in-
terest on Revenue Bonds, Warrants and Interest, Bonds and Bank Fees,
as they mature during the year on the detail in the budget;
SECTION 6: That the sum of fifteen thousand nine hundred twenty-five
($15,925) is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Utility
Fund Revenues for the purpose of paying principle and interest on tax
and Revenue Bonds, Warrants and Interest, Bonds and Bank Fees, as they
mature during the year on the Utility Debt Service as listed in the
budget;
SECTION 7: That the sum of twenty-eight thousand ($28,000) Dollars
is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing Fund for the purpose
of Operating Expenses and Capital Outlay of the city government, as
set in detail in the budget;

SECTION 8: That this Ordinance be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
