"- AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF WYLIE, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDRY LIMITS OF SAID CITY LIMITS, AND GRANTING TO SAID TER- RITORY AND TO ALL PRESENT AND FUTURE INHABITANTS OF SAID PRO- PERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID PRESENT AND FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITY. WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledge by each and every person or corporation having an interest 1n the following described territory, to wit: TRACT I To correct metes and bound description of land annexed to the City of Wylie by Ordinance # 77-1. A lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Collin County, Texas, and being a part of the E.C. Davidson Survey, Abstract #267, Collin County, Texas, and being a 55 acre tract and a 10 1/8 acre tract described in Deed from B.N. Gaylor, et ux, to L.M. Taylor et al dated December 15, 1952, recorded in Volume 463, page 331 of the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, and a 19.5 acre tract des- cribed in Deed from L.D. Pearce, et aI, to Barbara E.
