AN ORDINANCE FOR ANNEXATION: TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF
WYLIE, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, A TRACT OF LAND OF THE
D. W. WILLIAM SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1021
UPON PETITION OF Mr. Don Kreymer
WHEREAS, has filed a written petition to annex to
the City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas, the tract of land her.einafter described,
which said tract of land less than three (3) qualified voters reside, all of which
said facts the City Council hereby finds to be true and correct; and
WHEREAS, such petition has been heard and considered by the City Council, and it
been decided that such annexation of such tr~ct of land would be to the best in-
terest of the public and of the said City of Wylie, Texas, and that such petition
for annexation should be, and the same is now granted; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WYLIE, TEXAS:
That the following described tract of land, described by notes and bounds as

BEING a tract of land situated in the D. W. Williams Survey, Abstract Number 1021,
Collin County, Texas, said tract being a part of the 898.66 acre tract of land con-
veyed to Vantage Properties, Inc. by the T. F. Birmingham and Hattie A. Birmingham
Trust as recorded in Volume 879, Page 184 of the Collin County Deed Records and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner in the Easterly line of said D. W. Williams Survey,
said point being the most Southerly Southeast corner of said D. W. Williams Survey;
THENCE, North 880 32' 1911 West, along the Southerly line of said D. W. Williams Sur-
vey, a distance of 44.87 feet to a point for corner in the Northerly right-of-way line
of F.M. 3412 (90' R.O.W.), said point also being the beginning of a curve to the left

be received, annexed to, and made part of - and the same is hereby received,
annexed to, and made part of - the City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas, subject
to all laws, rules and regulations of said City.
The fact that such annexation of said tract of land will be to the best interest
of the public and the City of Wylie, and, because pla,nned improvements upon said
lands create an emergency, a necessity exists requirbig that this ordinance be
passed and adopted on first reading. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the ,Mayor of Wylie.
