84-54
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT
OF ORDINANCE NO. 83-18, SECTION 4.04 lIFINAL PLATlI PARAGRAPH 2 PROVIDING
FOR THREE (3) MYLAR PRINTS, AND ADD SECTION 6.04 A 2 d, AND ADD PARAGRAPH
TO SECTION 6.07 G, AND AMEND SECTION 6.08 E SANITARY SEWER CLEANOUT AND
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY CLAUSE AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WYLIE,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 4.04 2 Six (6) direct prints and three (3) Mylar prints shall
be filed with the City Secretary at least fifteen (15)
consecutive calendar days prior to the meeting of the
Planning and Zoning Commission at which action is requested.
SECTION 6.04 A 2d Developers may opt on the preliminary plat to submit
to the City Staff a design for storm drainage channels
with reinforced concrete bottoms tied into reinforced
vertical side walls. If such design is approved and
proven to be of sufficient capacity to handle the
necessary storm drainage than the developer may request
a decrease in width of dedicated storm drainage easement.
SECTION 6.07 G Whenever a City operated or constructed major lift station
is available for service to the property the Developers
shall pay all appropriate fees, prior to service connection,
and shall at his own expense extend whatever lines and
manholes which maybe necessary for connection to the
closest, City approved, connection point.
SECTION 6.08 E A sanitary sewer service line one-way cleanout toward main
shall be placed on each service line at the property line
to facilitate maintenance.
PENALTY CLAUSE: Any unauthorized person, firm corporation or other entity
who is found guilty of violating the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction of any such violation, shall be subject
to a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than the Texas
State Laws allow.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication.
