NOTICE
An emergency and urgent public necessity exists because of the COVID-19 pandemic, making it difficult
or impossible for a quorum of the Citizens Bond Advisory Committee to convene at one location and/or
making it inconsistent with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for members of
the public to congregate at the meeting location.
Accordingly, a quorum or more of the Citizens Bond Advisory Committee will conduct this meeting via
video conference pursuant to the Texas Governor's Order temporarily suspending certain provisions of the
Texas Open Meetings Act and guidance received from the Texas Attorney General's Office.
Any member of the public wishing to participate in the meeting should use the following web link online
at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/98274911869.Accessing the link at the meeting time will make the meeting
audible to members of the public and allow for two-way communication.A recording of the meeting will
be made available to the public upon request.

Any member of the public may address the Committee regarding an item that is not listed on the Agenda. Members of
the public must fill out a form prior to the meeting in order to speak The Committee requests that comments be limited
to three minutes for an individual, six minutes for a group. In addition, the Committee is not allowed to converse,
deliberate or take action on any matter presented during citizen participation.
