The City Council, Ciry of Wylie Met in regular session on the
above date with the following members present. Mayor--C.W. Click
Aldermen--F.A. Gallagher, John, harp, R.J. Hall, J.H. iidgington,
& Sect. W.W. Housewright.
The meeting was called to order by the mayor and the minutes of
the previous meeting were read and approved.
A lengthy discussion was made in regard tc1 parking regulations in
whi+ishit the chief of 2± Dolieee, N.B. Cross explained whit and how
he was trying to do. A Motion was made by E.A. Gallagher & Second by
John Sharp that for the 1st. offense the person would be warned,
2nd. a fine of three dolarrs would be assessed, third offense would
be determined by the act itself. Motion Carried.
A lengthy discussion was made in regard to securing an attorney for
the City of Wylie. Mayor D.W. Click took the responsibility of
contacting Roland Boyd to see if he would be interestered in this
matter.
A motion was made by J.K. Edgington and seconed by John Sharp that
the city pay 40.00 toward sending two firemen to the firemen's
manallwg school held at College Station. Motion Carried
With no further business the council adjurned to meet on the next
regular meeting or call meeting by the mayor.
