CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum
President Demond Dawkins called the regular meeting to order at 10:38 a.m. Board Members present were
Melisa Whitehead and Gino Mulliqi.
WEDC staff present included Executive Director Jason Greiner and Senior Assistant Rachael Hermes.
INVOCATION&PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
President Dawkins gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
CO I ENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
With no citizen participation,President Dawkins moved to Regular Agenda.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. Consider and act upon the creation of a subcommittee of the oard consisting of two (2) Board
members to review and recommend any modifications to the existing bylaws of the Corporation.
Staff Comments
Staff referenced Section 6.03 of the bylaws which allows for the creation of Special Committees.
Board Action
President Dawkins designated Board Members Melisa Whitehead and Tim Gilchrist to serve on a
subcommittee of the Board to review and recommend any modifications to the existing bylaws of the
Corporation.
A motion was made by Gino Mulliqi, seconded by Melisa Whitehead, to appoint Melisa
Whitehead and Tim Gilchrist to a subcommittee of the Board to review and recommend any
modifications to the existing bylaws of the Corporation.A vote was taken, and the motion passed 3-0.
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
There were no Items requested for inclusion on future agendas.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business,President Dawkins adjourned the WEDC Board meeting at 10:41 a.m.
