SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 21, 1962
CALLED FOR HEARING ON ZONING
The meeting Was called to order by Mayor Hall with all mem-
bers present except J. Re Storey. Others present were
members of the Planning Commission, Bob Hogan and Mike
Steiner with Henningson, Durham & Richardson, Ellenburg Bros .
and others .
After a lengthly discussion on changes from the proposed
zoning as recommended by Henningson, Durham & Richardson,
a Motion was made by Carl Ward and seconded by Jack Bostic •
that before any changes be made in the "proposed zoning map
as requested by the E1lenburg Bros . , all persons owning
property within 200 feet be notified of the proposed changes.
The motion carried .
The manager was instructed to contact the city Attorney in
reference to the method used in notifing the persons con-
cerned.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned. at
9 :45 P M.
