Special Meeting
June 18, 1963
The City Council met in special session June 18, 1963 at 7:00 PM
with all members present, Pat Onstot, Carl Ward, Jack Parker,
Taylor Hickman and C. T. Shields, for the purpose of discussing
the proposed improvement plan. Mr. Frank Medanich, Mr. Bob Hogan
and Mr. Dick Stewart were present to explain the provisions in the
5 year plan.
A, Warrant of $2,868.98, for City t s part of the paving of Marble
Street was passed on a motion made by Pat Onstot and seconded by
Carl Ward. Motion carried.
Bob Hogan explained the plan to the Council of Water and Sewerage.
Dick Stewart explained the Street paving and storm sewer plan to
the Council
Mr. Frank Medanich, with First Southwest, explained to the Council
what would have to be done before this program could be carried out.
The Council ask Mr. Lee, City Manager, to contact someone to re-
valuate the properties of the City of Wylie, for tax purposes.
This motion was made by C. T. Shields and second by Pat Onstot.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Carl Ward and seond by Taylor Hickman, as of
July 1st, Police Chief Hart' s salary would be changed from $3600
per month to $375.00 per month. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Jack Parker and seconded by Pat Onstot to ad-
journ at 9:45.
