MINUTES
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
duly 9. 1963
The Council met in regularvsession, July 9, 1963 at 700 PM,
with all members present. Pat Onstot, Carl Ward, Jack Parker,
Taylor Hickman and C. T. Shields .
The meeting was Balled to order by Mayor Hall. The minutes of
the last regular meeting and also the minutes of the spacial
meeting of June 18th, June 25th and July 3rd were read and
approved.
Taxes, audit, sewer extension and dogs were discussed.
Ordinance #63-6, Fire Zoning limits was read. It was passed
at the last regular meeting of June 11, 1963.
Garbage truck and garbage dump grounds were discussed. The
Council decided to try to buy an old truck for garbage and fix
it up for the present time. The Council wants to buy about
10 acres of land for dumping grounds if they can find some-
thing that will suit their needs.
Bills were read and approved to be paid on a motion made by
Carl Ward and second by C. T. Shields. Motion carried.
With no further business the meeting adjourned at 845.
