MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
September 30, 1963
The minutes of the special meeting following budget hearing.
After budget explanation by Mayor Hall and short discussion
moved by Councilman Jack Parker, seconded by Councilman
Pat Onstot that the budget be approved as presented. Motion
carried.
Motion was made by Jack Parker and second by Pat Onstot the
tax rate of $1.50 be set on a 45% actual valuation. After
a short discussion question was asked.
Ayes: Parker, Onstot, Shields and Hickman
No : Car`l Ward.
