SPECIAL MEETING .—•
March 27, 1964
The City Council met in a Special Meeting, March 27, 1964 at
7:00 P. M. for the purpose of a Public Hearing on the application
of Melvin K. St. John for the re-zoning of lot 31, block 3,
in the Brown and Burns Addition, to the City of Wylie from
its present Single Family Residential to Multiple Family
Residential District.
Those present were Mayor Pro-Tem Jaek Parker, Councilmen Taylor
Hickman, R. D. 0nstot,and Carl Ward, City Administrator Jack
H. Whitt.
There were no interested citizens present.
Motion: Grant a variance to coincide with notice.
Ayes - all and noes none.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 P. M. on a motion made by Carl
Ward and second by Taylor nickman.
