The City Council :let in regular session July 14, 1964 at 7:00 P N
with Mayor Hampton absent on vacation. Present: layor-Pro-Tem R. D.
Onstot, Councilmen, Hickman, Shields, and hard, with Councilman St.
John absent. City Administrator Jack H. WI itt and City Secretary
Oneida Gallagher, present. City Atty. John Gay absent.
The neetinc was called to order by mayor Pro-Tern Onstot.
The mtnutea, of the last regular meeting of June 9, 19 64 and also the
minutes of the Special meeting of June 22, 1964 were to stand as road
on a motion by Councilman Shields and seconded by Councilmen Hickman.
Motion carried.

Mayor Pro-Tem Onstot ask that the Council meet in Special Session
Monday July 20, 1964 at 7 :00 P 1'. for the purpose of declairing the
results of Election held July 18, 1964 on the L50,000.00 General
Obligation Street Bond. Lotion was mode cy Councilman Shields nod seconded
by Council- Ian - ick-ln to hood thIs meeting. Unanimous Ayes .
Motion was made to adjourn at 3: 00 P b C . ,:. Shields and seconded
by T. J. iatckioan. Motion carried.
