discussion Er. Ellenburg consented to nay on the C 26,000.00 personal Tax
-Valuation as assessed.
Joe Ellis from First Southwest Co. set with Council in reference to
the ;; 50, 000.00 Stret Bonds .
The CouncilCounc : L voted for the 4 l/)4 interest or better for the 15 year maturity
schedule . Unanimous Ayes .
r. Ellis ask for a motion of toe Council for the First Southwest Co. to
buy the '=;50,000.00 Street Bonds to mature fro: 1965 thru 1981 . I.otion was
made by Councilman -Shields and seconded by Councilman St. John.

Mayor ilamnton ca.l]_ed a Ioecial meeting of t c "ouncil to meet at 7 : 00 PM
Tuesday, August 18, 1964 for the purmose of approving the 1964-1965 Budget
and also to meet with First Southwest Company in reference to Street Bonds.
The Council discusses: Street sweeping, Dog Control, Relath. Ordinanace
Food Handlers.
