~.-- The City Council :r.et in regular session Sept. 8, 1964. Present: Mayor
Hampton. Councilmen: Onstot, ;:'ward, Shields, St. John with Councilman
Hickman absent. City Atty. John Gay, City Adm. Jack H. +hitt and City
Secretary Oneida Gallagher.
The meeting was c-: l ed to order by Mayor or ampton. The minutes of the last
regular Ioeeting of August 11, 1964 and also t e minutes of the Special
meeting of Auust 18, 1964 mere read and a- proved as read

First on the Agenda mos the second voting on the re-zoning of Lot 17, Blk.
3 of the B& B Addition. Councilman Onstot made motion and seconded by
Councilman Shields to postpone decision until next regular Council meeting
of October 12, 1964. Motion carried.
. Second on the, A';cnde was the sec.>nd voting on the re-zoning of Lot 1, Blk.
21 of the Railraod Addition. Pa.-or Hampton called for a vote and the re-
quest was denied, wrequired voting against.

A :Letter was read fr m Jack Parker, Chairman of the Board of Equalization
for 1964 taxes, certifing Tax Roll of 2,894,204.00. On a motion by Council-
man Onstot and seconded by Counc _l_:an St. John to certify the Tax Roll as
rendered for 1964. Vote : Unanirriour Ayes .
Motion was r-:ade by Councilman .. ..olds and seconded. by Council elan Onstot to
write a Bond Ordinance fixing tax rate and levy to cover Bonded Indebtness .
Lotion carried.
